SMEs in developing countries facing tragedy situation on complying with Occupational Health and Safety/OHS legal requirements due to among other constrained budget. TMHS supporting SMEs in various sectors so us to build OHS infrastructure, policy, process, procedures and systems so that they can comply with OHS regulations and maximize profitability through safety practice. We are facilitating various OHS capacity building courses as outlined in our service sections, risk assessments, manual handling, survey and consultancies to support SMEs in Tanzania comply with OHS requirements and foster OHS practices. We also have been supporting such SMEs to comply with OHS legal requirement framework.
o Larger Enterprise
We have been reliance of major enterprise in Tanzania for provision of OHS, workplace health promotion and wellness programs as well as emergency healthcare provision to large enterprises in Tanzania. TMHS have been helping large enterprises on reviewing their OHS and Emergency Care processes and polices, conducting in house trainings, capacity building programs in order for such enterprise to comply for national and international OHS regulations. TMHS conducting various workplace health promotion programs such HIV Peer Educator Training, workplace basic health checks such as BMI, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Body Fat Composition and etc. to its employee during various workplace gatherings such as meetings, seminars, family days and etc. which significantly lower the healthcare budget for such companies due to early detection and preventions of major spending health problems. We are provider of onsite medical support such workplace first aid station/medical clinics setup, surface and air medical rescue as well as health surveillance and consultancy services to major his risk projects such as manufacturing, constructions, mining, oil and gas explorations and etc. TMHS over the past six (6) years has been conducting control, monitoring and evaluation for various workplace OHS and HIV programs to several large enterprises across the country in order to ensure they meet set targets and are within the tracks always.
